Rusty wheel hubs?

What can be done about my rusty-looking hubs (I guess they are integral with the rotors?) I would just dremel off the rust, but I'm sure it will come right back.

Any ideas? I'm not too keen on using spray paint if I can avoid it.

Many threads on the subject, but yes, the rust needs to be removed, then paint sprayed or painted on. I did mine several years ago and they are just showing signs of the rust in a few areas. Some new rotors have the "hat" coated to prevent this condition.

Thanks, turbonut....what kind of paint should I use then? Something paintable would certainly be preferable...
