so I have a 2006 5AT. CAI V2 AEM, Crank Pulley, TB Spacer and thermo gaskets, RV6 V3 J pipe, custom exhaust, 1 step colder plugs.

when running the car my AFR reads 14.5 - 14.7 just cruising. when I go WOT it drops to about 12.0 - 11.4 until it hits 5500 RPM then it goes into low 10's! if i accelerate with 90 - 95% peddle down it wont drop into the 10's?

why would this be happening? is it just the sensor or am I actually running that rich? the car doesnt seem to go sluggish or pull timing so i'm confused.

My 7th gen Accord (03 v6 6MT) ran rich and I had the same mods as you save for the colder plugs.

My gas mileage was fine (better then stock, actually) and the car ran really well. I never worried about it.

 

yeah my gas milliage is great too, I am progressing into more mods and needing to ensure I stay safe with the motor. it shoudlnt dump that much fuel or if it should there should be a reason for it.
