Rubber door stop

Not a big problem whatsoever but I was wondering if anyone has any solutions.

I was installing moleskin on all my doors last night and everything went fine until I got to my passenger side rear door. The screw with the rubber door stop attached was apparently stripped(which is odd considering the car is like a month old). Anyway, I couldn't get the door off as a result and I had to install the moleskin on that door by bending the door skin over the lock.

No bending marks or anything like that and the install looks great. I just want some suggestions as to how I can fix this or should approach Acura aout it.

I've had this replaced a few times on my car. They seem to be one-time use. It's a metal screw that goes into a plastic holder, much like the ones you use for the drywall in your house if you don't have a stud behind where you want to hang something up.

They get worn out once someone unscrews the door panel so you have to replace it. Has your door panel ever been taken off for any work? It looks like you've gotten a tint before...

It's generally a warrantable issue, but be careful - they could blame it on your tinter, unless you got it through the dealer. Get it fixed because when loose it can actually cause rattles.

No the car has never been worked on before. I was installing the moleskin prior to the tint being put on. Do tinters even take off the door panels?
