IM feeling vibration in the left front wheel and was told the rotor have a slight bend.Is it ok to just change one rotor or just do both??

It's OK to change one at a time, but you need to ask yourself why is this rotor bent/warped? I'd probably just go ahead and change both unless they are relatively new rotors. How many miles do these rotors have on them? If the rotor is warped due to being worn thin, it's only a matter of a very short time before the other rotor will need to be replaced. Not to mention that you will be replacing opposite rotors at irregular intervals if you just replace one.

 

ok the car has 6200 miles on it but it was also in a accident and was hit on the same side

If the accident was covered by insurance, I'd go back to the insurance company and let them know that the body shop didn't fix everything and they need to replace the rotor. With only 6200 miles, you'll be fine just replacing the one rotor.

 

If the pads are still in great shape, you can change one rotor, but it would be much better to change both as if one will become out of spec, the other will follow. If the pads are quite worn, replace them also.

Noe that my response was moved to this thread, with 6200 miles and as the car was involved in an accident on that corner, no problem in changing one with an OE rotor.
