Road noise from front drivers side wheel
I've had a problem with my Type-S since I bought it and now it is finally starting to bug me. I believe there may be something wrong with the front drivers side wheel as I get this womp womp womp noise as the car begins to pick up speed. The tires have about 4000 miles on them and they are Continental Extreme DWSs but this sound happened with the old Michelin's I had on there before.
Could it be a wheel bearing perhaps?

Three Wheelin'
Could be the bearings. When bearings start to go bad, they have a pretty distinct sound like a plane on a runway for takeoff. That's about as best as I could describe it.

You need to get your car up on a lift. Your discription is definitly typical of a wheel bearing that's shot or on its way out. Don't let it go for more than a day or two from now. If it is that bad of a vibration, high speed travel will break down your rod ends and jerk your sway bars causeing unwanted play in your rack and pinion.

Advanced
if you feel a very rhythmed womp it could be you have a bent wheel try rotating the tires to see if it goes away, if it is still very apparent after u swapp the wheels around you have a very bent wheel.

Thanks guys. My B125 maintenance just showed up on the Dash. I'll get the car in. I don't feel the vibration in the steering wheel it is just really loud. I've had the tires rotated and the sound did start at the back passenger side of the car so I hope it isn't a bent wheel but we'll see what the mechanic has to say.

Well it turns out it was a wheel bearing in the front drivers side. Thankfully the extended warranty covered it and I was only out $100 for the deductible. It is so quiet now I'm listening for other things to go wrong!
