My street is under construction and i guess they didn't completely dig up the speed bump leading out my street and my from driver wheel clipped it and my rims got scratched and a piece of my tire was cut also, the tire i got a replacement but i was wondering if this can be fixed on my rim? can it be buffed out ? if so how can i do this? or am i gonna have to replace the rim can someone plz help me on this matter thanks alot..

that is fine for oem rims but what about chrome lip?

not sure, you would need to call them and find out if it is chrome dipped or anodized.
