Reverse gear side mirror tilt down not working?

I just noticed that when I shift into reverse, the side mirrors don't tilt down on my '07 TL-S.

On my previous test drives with other TL-Ss, putting it in reverse, the side mirrors always tilted down. Is there something I need to specifically set for it to do this, or should it be working on its own? The rearview camera works fine...it's just the side mirrors don't tilt when I'm in reverse. Kind of strange! Any help/info would be greatly appreciated.

Make sure that the mirror selector switch is to the left.

Ah! Ok, that sounds like the likely culprit. I feel like a now, haha. I'll go try it in the morning. THANKS!

HRF1, don't be surprised if only one mirror swivels down when reversing once you move the switch, assuming your '07 mirror controls are like that on the '05 TL.
On my '05, putting the mirror selector on the L position causes the left mirror to swivel down, while putting the switch to the R will cause the passenger side mirror to swivel, and the switch's center position deactivates the feature.
