Exclamation Restarting ECU

Hey, does anyone know how to restart the ECU other than unplugging it and then replugging it? I think I remember something about pressing down on the pedal or something. Thanks.

The typical method is to remove the battery NEG cable from its terminal post
Estimates vary betwen 5 and 15 minutes before reattach cable
That should reset your ECU

A good way is the same as above but remove both negative and positive battery cables from the battery and touch them together for 30 seconds and that will reset all vehicle systems.

This produces the 1.21 jigawatt arc necesarry to initiate the flux capacitor.

When the Negative battery cable is disconnected there is no electricity flow to drain

Just leave it off for 15 minutes and all will be well

Take them both off and clean while you have a few minutes to kill
