Replacing Cracked Dash

Ive been doing everything to see if acura would fix it themselves and like most people they are budging so I have to do it myself. I thing I found the right dash for the car here and the tech at acura already said he can put it in for me. $650 plus some labor >$2000. I believe its the right one

Yes, correct. I just did this on my '04 TL. Thank goodness you don't have aspirations of doing this yourself. I would HIGHLY discourage you from doing that, but if you're feeling adventurous, just know that it's really labor intensive, not to mention, next to impossible to do if your windshield is still intact. Also, since these crack so easily, it would totally hurt to do it yourself and crack it during installation.

Geez, that's a lot for a dash replacement. Do think it's worth it?

Search around the forums to see just how bad it gets. Mine is the same if not worse than this.

https://acurazine.com/forums/showthr...highlight=dash

would you really keep this in car knowing that it will continue to get worse every day? :/

Had our's replaced by Acura last month.

It is one heck of a project!

This was mid-replacement...

Definitely something I would not want to do on my own unless I was just feeling super bored and had a ton of space!
