Removing Vent To Fix Rattle

Hey guys I remember reading a thread a while ago about removing the passenger side air conditioning vent, however when I attempted to do this today I couldnt get it out. I was able to remove the drivers side, but not the passenger. Can anybody give me some tips to get that bitch out? is that long aluminum strip above the glove compartment attached to the vent?

I was thinking of starting a thread on this as I want instructions on how to remove the passenger side specifically. Would you mind putting "passenger side" in your thread title? If anyone here has pictures of the passenger side removed, that would also be very helpful. Others have told me to just pull (which worked with the drivers side), but the aluminum strip that runs along the dash won't budge!
