So i bought the car a year ago and it came with the door molding and i finally want to start moding my car. I wanted to start by removing and im not sure if there screwed on or double sided taped on.

Has anyone ever removed this and how?
If it is double side tape can I just use regular floss to remove the molding and what kind of cleaner should I use to remove the adhesive.

Im not sure if i put this thread in the right place but please let me know.
