So as the title states, my cars remote entry, power to my mirrors and my interior lights all do not work. All went out at the same time. Are these connected at all by fuses or is it something deeper than that?

any insight on experience or knowledge would be loved.

 

I had all my lights go out when I was doing the flashing sidemarker mod, if I remember correctly it was one fuse that had blown out, its been a while so I dont remember what fuse it was though.

 

UPDATE:

the battery has been draining lately so I did the hfl diagnosis where you see of the mid says "booting up" and come to find out my HFL has been killin the battery so I unplugged it. The lights, mirrors, and remote unlock still dont work. When I checked the interior lights fuse, I saw that it was blown. I tried a new fuse and when I tried to put it in, it immediately sparked and blew out.

Im lost on ideas. My electircal mods are:
Manual fog lights
V2 hard wired to the power windows fuse

 

I would double check your mods first to see if something is wrong, then I would try to disconnect the hfl and replace the fuse to see if it helps.

 

Do all your external mirror controls work?
What about the windshield wipers?

If they don't work, replace the #20 7.5A fuse (interior fusebox by driver's left leg) with a 10A fuse-- there was a TSB for the change. Hopefully that resolves your problem.
