Hey guys, was blacking out my headlights and got silicone on the front of the lens. Car was in an accident as well awhile back, and they only replaced one head light. So obviously one looks newer than the other. There seems to be a film or something on the headlight. My question is has anyone ever wetsanded and refinished these headlights? If so what did you use and what product did you use to polish it? Thanks

 

I think there was another thread recently (can't find it at the moment) where someone wetsanded and then actually applied a layer of clearcoat. Sounded pretty involved. Here are some easier options:
