Rear view mirror rattle?

Rear view mirror rattle?
When I drive, mostly when accelerating, my rear view mirror will rattle and all I have to do is barely touch it and it will stop but it gets old doing that 5 times per drive. Is there a way to secure it? I could not find any screws. Pictures would be ideal if at all possible. Thanks in advance.

I battled this for a whole year and mine too would fall off! The dealer said the fix was to replace the whole mirror. That's when I stopped going to them. It turns out there is a tech bulletin (I will try and find it). The good news is it didn't cost any money but the bad is it involved taking apart the console to access the flat 'spring' that is at the base of the mirror. I didn't spend a lot of time trying to avoid the removal to get the spring but it may be possible to bend the spring in place with the right tool. If you don't mind taking the steps of removing the lights and plastic trim its actually pretty easy. After bending the spring to create more tension it has been fine for over a year. Good luck!

Here is the link for the other thread I mentioned. Also note post number 5 for the TSB and thanks to nfnsquared for helping both of us!
