I just purchased a 2004 TL and it has adjustable rear headrests in it currently, but that back seat had a tear so I ordered a seat from a junk yard and this one does not have the adjustable rear headrest!! Was this an option or something that was only on certain years?? Thanks Everyone!!

 

All 3rd gen TL's had adjustable rear headrests. Whatever you got is not from a 3rd gen TL.
