Rear Left Window Not Working...Master Power Switch Issue?
05TL 6MT. Driver's side rear left window shows no life and CANNOT be controlled from either the driver's master switch or the rear left door window switch. Window assembly was just replaced by my local shop... and fuses were checked. Still nothing.
The master power switch DOES operate the driver's window, passenger window, rear right window, and the actual power kill switch as normal. Has anyone had any experience where the master control switch will just have an issue with 1 window? I can get a replacement part online for $20 but thought I'd ask before I spend the money. My local shop suggested that the power from the master power switch feeds the other windows so the next thing to try would be the master power switch. Anyway, if anyone has any experience with this situation and a fix that worked, I welcome your insight.

Get a wiring diagram.
You're going to have to check if the window motor is getting the 12V and ground when it's being commanded up/down. I only have the 2007-2008 wiring diagram, so you're going to have to find a wiring diagram to look at the correct wire colors.
@ The rear left window switch - 6 wires:
- 2 wires from the master switch: 1 wire for up & 1 wire for down. 0V at rest. 12V when the master switch is toggled up/down.
- 1 wire from the relay. Provides 12V for that door's switch.
- 1 wire for ground.
- 2 wires for the window motor. It will be either 0V (ground) or 12V depending on command.
I would just check the two wires for the motor at the switch. Check if you have 12V on one and 0V (ground) on the other when you press the switch.
- If OK then check them at the motor connector. If the voltages are good at the motor, then replace the motor.
- If not OK then you're going to have to find where you have an open or short.

I had the exact same problem occur a few times now.
I don't know if it's just a coincidence but it always happens after the winter season where I'll never open the rear windows for months.
The solution that I used a couple days ago to get power back to that window was to use the driver door key hole to get the rear driver window to open (turn key to the right to unlock doors, then turn key to right again and then hold). Strange but worked. I tried everything like you did, using the master switch, using the door switch, holding it down for a minute, etc. nothing worked. So I tried using the remote to open the windows. No dice. Last shot was to use the keyhole. To my surprise it opened (although it made a bad sound as if it wasn't open for a long time).
Both the master control and door window control work for that window now.
Perhaps using the keyhole "kickstarted" something back up and fixed it.
