Rear Bumper

Hey Guys I'm new to acurazine so please dont mind me. I have an 06 TL and one day after leaving school I noticed that somebody has hit the drivers rear bumper right above the back tire. Does anyone know if it would be a problem when I install my Aspec rear bumper?
