Rattling / vibration / noise - help !!!

To start off with I have a 2005 TL 5AT. I have about 95K miles on her.

1> Rattling - I think it comes from left driver side and only when am turning LEFT in gears 1 and 2 on WOT (Wide Open Throttle). It makes like a squeaking noise like something is wrong with the TEIN BASIC suspension. Even if am not on WOT and around 2.5-3K rpm this sound does come and then goes away.

2> Vibration - Around the speeds of 65-70 whether am accelerating from 65-70 or braking from 70-65, there is a little vibration in the rear windshield. Whether am blowing music (around 28-32 volume level) or I have no music on, this vibration does occur. It automatically goes away before 65 or after 70......

3> Noise - I can blame this on the chilly winter. But when I start my car I hear a squeaky spinning noise. I think its the belt as the noise is there till I drive around 3-4 miles. Am not sure about the belt because if I am at a stop light and I move my steering side to side the noise does go up. I called the dealership and my hookup over there told me its the power steering pump. I doubt because the other day when it was a sunny outside and I started my car and there was no such noise.

Any help is appreciated as I am taking my car to the dealership next week and if I know what the problem might be then I stand a better chance in a discussion as well as coming out of there without spending much.
