I have an annoying rattle that is from inside my steering wheel; airbag maybe? I took it to the dealer (Acura of Valley Stream) and the dealer told me the rattle (which he at least acknowledged existed and said that if it was his car it would annoy him too) can't be fixed because it has something to do with the airbag and he can't replace a $1400 part just for a rattle. Is that accurate? Should I go back and complain?

 

bs, i had the same rattle comming from inside my steering wheel...they took it apart and put ept on whatever was making the noise and now there is no noise...

 

IF the car is under warranty absolutely.
