Random braking when cold (VSA/Triangle ! light)

2005 Acura TL 83K
Brake fuild flushed @72K (Sep 11)
New Pads/Grind rotors @80K (Feb 12)
Falken ZX-912 (10K miles on them) Swapped for-
Nexen Wintersport snow tires (about 4k miles) (Dec 11) for winter.
No odd shaking, alignment is spot on.
Tire pressure is about 36/34 or 35/33 for the temps i drive in and best feel.

Car is driven about 20 miles a day to work in Seattle Washington, M-F and about 400miles on the weekends during ski season (Hence the snow tires).

When the temperatures started getting low (below 40F) my VSA light and Triangle would light up. Turning the car off and then back on the lights would turn off. I was told this could be any number of things, when brakes got to 2mm in back I had all pads changed. When temperature are below 35F the lights do not turn on at the start, simply after about 5mins of driving the car brakes hard to the front right (no brake lights, maybe about a 6in jump from the feel of it, does not go into other lane or anything, usually at 40-65mph once at 5mph ). Car drives normal but does not have VSA until I restart the car. No noises, smells or check engine light or anything other then braking and the lights on the dash. This only occurs early morning (before 8 or so) only when it is below 40 and only once a day. Car is parked at the mountain on weekends, and even at 25F in the afternoon (even sitting in snow piles) this does not occur until the next morning, and even the only sometimes (3 or 4 days out of the week).

Google had me to believe that it was due to low pads, then tire pressure, now I have no idea. At 83K, looking to trouble shoot before dealer. Main problem being, lights and codes go away when I restart the car. Honda wants to have the car over night, who knows if it will do it.

Where do I start?

I'm guessing wheel speed sensor.

Not sure if that would throw a storable code or not.

I know this is an old thread, but my 05 TL does the same when cold. Restart after car is warm usually clears the problem. Been doing this for 2 winters now.
