Ran over a rock need help with diagnosis

So i have a 2007 TL and it was snowing pretty bad the other day and i hit a rock pretty good while swerving to miss a really deep rut. The rock smashed my tire up and put a pretty severe sidewall cut in it. so anyway over the weekend i got both front tires replaced, HOWEVER when i drive the car the steering wheel is no longer centered like it used to be. i have to cock it maybe 3 or 5 degrees to the left to go straight. I looked under the car and nothing looked like it was bent or anything like that. no strange noises or feelings or any vibration. the car otherwise drives perfectly at any speed and steers completely fine except for the off center steering wheel. So my question is is this just a simple case of the rock pushing things out of alignment or is it something more serious? Im going to the shop tomorrow to get an alignment check but it would be cool to get some peace of mind.

this is what the steering wheel looks like.
