Radiator Overflow Hose Plastic Repair

The hose that runs between the radiator and overflow tank came loose, and I notice that the little nipple to hose piece coming from the radiator (just under the cap) broke off. Its still inside the hose.

Anyone have any ideas how to repair this without replacing the radiator??

My 2004 TL has 250,000 miles on it.

cut the nipple out of the hose, get new hose. JB weld the nipple back to the radiator is my guess. I believe there's a quick weld type of JB that should set and cure faster if needed. It's resistant to 300F (qwik), vs. regular JB weld's 500F. Unfortunately i dont know off the top of my head what the coolant temp runs at normally.

190-205 degrees. You might have to buy a new radiator, because it will spit coolant all the time and onto the cats.
