Well, the stealership called me yesterday and told me that they have the right bulb in. They want me to make an "appointment" to get the bulb replaced.

It's understandable, so that they know who's coming when, but I might just ask them for the bulb and do it myself. I'm not waiting there for an hour for it, even though I know they have to hold my car there to get credit from corporate for their work.

Shucks, I think mine is out too; I looked at it a few nights ago and it wasn't lit.

Just got my bulb in from Del Rey Acura. Installed and working once again!! PB, thanks for bringing this up. Not sure if I would have every noticed...

One more question for PB and Will Y:

Do either of you happen to have the Invisicord mod and if you do, is it wired to the moon roof switch harness in the overhead console?

No problem! But, I don't have the Invisicord mod, so I can't help you there.

As of right now, my front dome light assembly has all red lights, except for the moonroof switch, which is white.

I wish I could just drive with it like that, but it just doesn't look right.

I'd have you mail the bulb to me, but the postage would probably cost more than the bulb.

Yeah, shipping was $8.95 from Del Rey. Both of my heated seat lights are out as well, so I just ordered 4 of those and 2 of the moon roof switch lights so I have back ups for each (and other lights elsewhere). $19.80 in lights and almost half of that to ship. Oh well, that's just the way it is....

DIY #G-100 has the info you need to remove and replace the bulbs. The articles are specific to LED replacement, but can be useful no matter what bulbs you use. Note that V-LEDS.com and other sources now have the 3mm Neo Wedge LED bulbs, which are a direct replacement for the OEM incandescent bulbs.

Good to know. So these new leds are totally "plug and play"?? I've avoided leds so far because I didn't want to mess with the resistor dick dance.

I went to the stealer yesterday, and I finally go the right LED from them.

So, this issue is finally resolved.
