pulsating feeling?

I'm starting to feel a quick pulsating feeling in the front passenger wheel area while I'm slowly accelerating around the 20-25 mph. Any suggestiions?

This could be an axle, or it could be a worn/ripped compliance bushing in the front lower control arm.

It's not a crazy pulsation but I only feel it if I slowly accelerate. Would it be an easy fix if out were one of the above problems?

i have the same issue and yes, my front compliance bushings are torn. are there any aftermarket parts available to alleviate this problem? I heard that you can use some window weld or poly on the bushings.

i have an 04 TL and have felt the same thing at around 30 mph, either when accelerating or just driving at/around that speed. how hard would the fix be?

I would say you have an axle issue. It happens on the TSXs a lot actually.

I sell TSX ones for about $150 a side. Install is probably a $60-80 affair. It is possible to DIY but specific tools are needed that you probably do not have.
