Problem with headlights condensation

Hi,

I just bought a 2005 TL w/o navi. I notice that there is a lot of condensation in both headlights. I remember seeing a solution posted in a thread about clearing the headlights.

JcL mentionned that a different "bushing" could be use to prevent this... I'm a newbie here and please forgive, English is not my first language....

Is there anyone who can help ?

Thanks !

Yves

There is a foam-type washer on the bottom side of the headlight where the wires from the ballast run through to power the HID bulb and projector lense servo motor. If the headlight are taken apart for modding purposes, or if the washer just decays too much, you can get moisture in there. I would recommend talking to JnC (not JcL hehe) about getting a replacement one or maybe he will tell you what size you need.
