So lately my car's power steering has been whining bad I mean embarrassing sounding in the morning when its cold out, once it gets warmed up it goes away. I checked the fuild and it was not low or bubbling, one thing i did notice is in the morning the power steering pump is noisy under the hood like a rattle sound. My car TL has 95,000 miles on it, is this a sign my power steering pump is going out?

I just replaced the o-ring on the power steering hose and its still making a bad sound when turning the steering wheel. Do i need a new pump?
