Power Mirrow not heating

Hi,

i have a TL 2004. the driver side mirror is not heating up. how to remove and replace the mirror? Could it be the swich that connect to the mirror i have to change also?

does the passenger one heat up? It might just be a loose wire or something.

yes the passenger side heat up. i don't know how to remove the mirror without breaking it to see if there is a loose connection. if it's not the connection, i will buy new one to change myself.
