Possible Brake Squeal??

Ok, so I washed/detailed my wife's TL this weekend (Sunday). Since that day she noticed leaving her parking garage at work that while she's turning right around the corners there is a high pitched squeal. When we left the gym last night I heard the squeal the first time she stopped and it didn't happen again the rest of the drive home. To me, it sounds exactly like the squeal you hear when brakepads are wearing out. I know that's not the issue since the car has 1600 miles on it. But when I washed the car this weekend, I definitely used wheel cleaner along with a brake dust brush to get that off and washed the wheels down real good to get the cleaner off. I'm just thinking the squeals are related to washing the tires/cleaning them. Sometimes I notice on my truck after washing or running through a big puddle it'll squeal a little and stop. What do you guys think?? I'm not really worried about it since this is all I think it is, but it's happened two days in a row and I just wanted to see what you guys thought. Thanks.

Well, went to service and it turns out the heat shield (shields sensors etc.) was bent and was rubbing anytime the car turned to the right on an incline or decline. So they bent it back in place. Hope this solves it. Wish I could have seen how bent, probably should have asked for a whole new part. Oh well.
