I got those codes about a week and a half ago one night but haven't gotten them since. I looked them up and it says that bank 1 & 2 are running lean. I have been told it could be a air leak or even a O2 sensor. Does anyone have experience or a better guess what it could be? It is for a Type-S.

 

weird, i got those Saturday after idling for 15-20mins in 15° weather. pulled the battery cable and have had nothing pop yet.

 

same here.. I got a similar code last year when I was sitting in my car idling waiting for my cousin to exit his home . ( Idled for about 20 minutes )


I cleared the code and it never came back since.

 

This is a recurring problem with our cars. Some say that the system is incorrectly reading the information provided from the sensors making the system throw the codes. I get them. Some say to flash the ECU but I haven't.

This happened to me. Both codes came on at once. SW update at the dealer under warranty. Poof, codes never came back.

 

Have ecm reflashed as per tsb....had it happen to my 08 tls at...no problems since
