so i just got my viper 5901 installed today, i just picked it up and as i was testing it out i notice that the radio/nav will not turn off after i shut it off and lock the car up. i tried checking back in like 10 mins but it's still on. can anyone please help? did they mess up during the install

 

if said problem was not present prior alarm install, more than likely the source is the alarm install. perhaps they spliced into the navi communication line,power line or spliced into something that shares same circuit.
