Please fix this

i got a little crack on top of the hood, it scratched the paint badly, how could i fix it quickly and easy?

Looks like you have rust in there too... They sell sanding pens that will help get that out. use some primer, and touch up paint. Won't be perfect, but it will help

Get a Dremel with a small sanding bit and sand out the rust.
