Pin-pointing bad mounts
Pin-pointing bad mounts
If you have too much vibration in the cabin, how do you figure out which mount(s) specifically are bad? I understand the front one is a common failure, but the vacuum hose is attached fine and I don't see any fluid leaking out of it.
No thud or pop, but there's quite a bit of movement when that's done in reverse and drive.
-In reverse, the front of the motor goes a lot.
-In drive, the rear of the motor goes a real lot.
-When you shift into reverse, the front of the motor moves a bit and a loud clunk.

*meant to say:
-In reverse, the front of the motor goes down a lot.
-In drive, the rear of the motor goes a down a real lot.
