theres no such thing as "how bad it gets" either its sealed or its not. if its improperly sealed then its going to condensated. HOW MUCH it condensates will depend on the temperature and humidity.

TL headlights are one of the toughest I've sealed because of it's lack of screw design on the housing. takes patience and lots of clamps.

I have a '08 6MT CBP TL-S and I've NEVER had ANY condensation in any of my lights, ever. I live in, most definitely, one of THE most rainy/humid climates in the US, where its rarely ever, ever below 60-70% humidity, and typically hits 100%, often.

Like Paperboy said, its either sealed or its not. If not, do the oven trick (might as well remove the amber deflector while you're at it!), and reseal it up with tons of clamps and patience!

Have you modified them in any way? Opened them up, changed an HiD bulb or anything? If not you should check the back cover over the HID light and make sure it's secured tightly. Otherwise open them up and re seal them with new butyl. If you have a warranty, take it to the dealer and see if they'll replace them?
Check with AcK if you're not comfortable doing it yourself, he can open them and re seal them for you too.

Arranging for dealer to replace both next weekend.

Ok WTF. What to do here?

Dealer replaced both of my headlights with.... DEPO.

I saw the depo boxes and expressed concern to dealer. They said not to worry as they would not equip it with something that isn't true or close to oem.

They fog up even worse now and the fitment is terrible. Unbelievable !

Going to go back to dealer and show them. Unacceptable. Something doesn't make sense here...they covered it no charge under warranty yet put in non-oem.

I just picked up one of these cars a couple weeks ago and I have the exact same issue. Have not looked into it as yet.

UPDATE:

dealer is putting in OEM this afternoon to address my concerns on the DEPO quality. i tihnk this 'fogging' occurs no matter what or how new your headlights are... in any case, looking forward to OEM replacements.

An Acura dealer putting in non-OEM headlights? Seems fishy to me....I'd have royally ripped them a new one.
