Passenger side window sticks/wont roll up

When I put the passenger side window all the way down and then try to roll it up using the driver side commands the window will go up two inches, stop, and then roll back down. The only way I can get it to roll up all the way is if I pull up real fast on the switch, otherwise it sticks and then goes back down. Anyone else have this problem. Car is going back to the dealer again (this and because paint on the door is peeling/cracking)

My window does the same thing. It does not happen all the time. It has happened four times. I drive a 2004 TL. I have not taken it to the dealer for the window.

I have the same problem happening to the passenger side window but not constantly. Like you said, when i open the window all the way down then bring it back up, it goes up about 2-3 inches then goes back down by itself. Did they replace the regulator on yours?
