Anyone ever had this happening. My passenger side rear mirror seems to have something going on under the glass surface of the mirror. It started out as a small brown mark sort of looked like rust and now it has spread. I will suppose this would be covered under the warranty? I also suppose you would have to wait for the dealer to order a new mirror?

There was a thread here about a month or so ago- a couple of posters encountered the same problem, which was caused by some sort of chemical reaction underneath the surface of the mirror. Call a dealership; maybe it will have the part in stock or order the part and set an appt. for you so you don't have to go twice.
