I replaced my passenger side mirror after hitting into the garage with one I purchased on ebay. Same model, etc as my old mirror. I put it and mirror wouldn't adjust, my seats wouldn't adjust, my passenger side air bags wouldn't work, my key didn't adjust my settings etc. I take the mirror off and everything works right again. Has anyone else had a similar expirence? What do I need to do to fix it?

could it be a grounding issue with the new mirror? maybe a loose wire? I'm not an electrical expert by any means just a few guesses.
