Wtf!! I swear 3G TLs!! Back again with the misfire codes... Did my search on here but is crazy how it could be other issues leading to this problem.

What do u guys recommend me to do? Start by changing the spark plugs? A huge tune up?

Btw when idle my car sounds like a mustang "blurp,blurp,blurp,blurp,blurp"

Checking:
Worn out spark plugs, coils,
Vacuum leak
Low or weak fuel pressure
Improperly functioning EGR system
Defective Mass Air Flow Sensor
Defective Crankshaft and/or Camshaft Sensor
Defective Throttle Position Sensor
low compression, leaking head gaskets
valve problems
