Okay, can't figure this out.

I have had my 2008 Carbon Bronze TL with Nav for a month now. It would appear that it has lights on the lower rear door panel, but mine don't illuminate. Do they? Can they be turned on and off? Are they just clear reflectors? I am just puzzled. Please enlightmen me.

Welcome Ron. Those are your courtesy lights. They only come on when you open the door.

Alas, but they don't. Is there a function/switch to turn them on/off or could they both be burned out?

that being said, if they dont light up when you open the door then check here http://www.sylvania.com/ConsumerProd...de/default.htm

then go here to fix it https://acurazine.com/forums/3g-tl-photograph-gallery-96/interior-led-conversion-99%25-complete-805012/

you dont need to go to the dealer...most of the time they dont warranty light bulbs. I would just start the LED conversion now...haha its really an easy and mildly inexpensive thing to do..makes it looks so much better, just check out the last link i posted and thats my car.

I also converted mine in my old TSX and TL-S. Plug n play. I used the 5 led that shines to the sides as well as front to help disperse the light better.

Did you check your fuser box? Perhaps it's a fuse. Not sure which one, but there's a diagram under the cover. I'm talking about the inside fuse box on the drivers side near the dead pedal.

Will check that, too. Was in there when I hard wired the V1 in.

Replaced both bulbs. Passenger side is working, drivers side not. Will take it to the dealer and let them fix it, that is why I bought a CPO.
