Oil pan change

Im trying to replace my oil pan because there is a small drip coming from the drain plug. I'm looking online and found a replacement oil pan. i just wanted to know if the is a difference between the base model 6mt or the type s 6mt and what i should be looking for

When you changed the oil, did you change the crush washer between the drain bolt and the pan?
If not, buy one (actually, get a few-- they're 14 cents each or so) and install a new one to see if it'll stop the leak before messing with the oil pan.

Be careful not to overtighten the oil drain bolt, too.

If the drip is from a messed-up thread, you might see if a Heli-coil will work instead of changing the pan.
