Oil life is <20% before road trip
Hey guys, I have to drive for about 750 km tomorrow and my oil life is <20%. Should I delay my trip or should I just gun it? Thanks for the help!

How many km did it take to use up 80%?
If it was more than 3000, you'll should be fine (assuming you drive in a similar fashion on your 750 km trip).
FWIW - I've gone "over" miles (slightly) twice. Your car won't die or refuse to start or anything. With a 4,000 - 5,000 mile OCI an extra hundred miles (2%) isn't going to kill you.

It was changed last November.

BUT it is HIGHLY unlikely you've only put on 3000 km since November. That'd be about 600 km (370 miles) per month, which would be unusually low for most people (average/normal is around 1600 km or 1000 miles per month).
IOW - 20% should be more than enough to cover another 750 km.

Well, the oil life indicator changes or counts based on time, distance, temp, number of starts, RPM's, etc., etc. It depends on how you drive. That means no one else can tell you how far you can go at 20% (or 40%, or 50%, etc) either.

It's full, I checked it this morning.
So I did go out of town and I'm now back at home. My oil life percentage didn't change at all. lol. I even managed to do 7L/100Km
