Good Evening All

Just pick up a 05 TL and I noticed before I bought the car 2 of the OEM vent visors where a bit loose and rattled while driving.

I picked up a roll of 3m double sided tape, but as I didn't install the OEM ones I have no clue how to remove them. I am aware there they are clipped on as well as some double sided tape.

I am wondering is anyone can pass along some advise.
