Is this normal? (VIDEO)

Ever since I swapped my power steering pump my fluid seems to bounce around like this. Also is it just me or does my engine sound noisy as heck?

perhaps one of the o-rings got crimped or jumbled up when reinstalling everything.

Power steering sometimes takes a long time for air to get out. Best is to let it idle, or even sometimes it takes over night.

Fluid will "bounce" in reservoir since it comes out from one hose and gets sucked back again.

If pump doesn't whine and assist works just fine then I wouldn't worry about it.

Well it’s been weeks since I changed the pump. Do I let it idle with the reservoir cap off? Yea I was also thinking since fluid is constantly circulating that there would some movement.
