Noise from drive belt

Noise from drive belt
I've searched online and found a post telling me to change a few things.
So I've been having a weird noise when ac kicks in or my lights are on (anything that puts tension).
The sound seems to be coming from the tensioner. I've changed the tensioner pulley and the sound persisted. I've also changed the belt.
The sound seems to go away when i put oil or grease on the belt.
This is the post I've read

First, oil/grease should never be applied to belt or pulleys and make certain no foreign fluid is "dripping" on belt/pulleys.
Did you change the tensioner pulley along with the tensioner? If not, tensioner spring may not be up to spec.
Clean all pulleys with brake clean, and all for ease of turning, replace with new belt and give it a try.

Thanks, I've changed the belt and the tensioner pulley. When i apply or relieve pressure from the tensioner the soind goes away. I'm starting o suspect the tensioner

ok so to explain, I started to notice a sound when AC kicked in and i suspected to AC clutch. And one night I noticed the same sound when AC was off and Night lights (Xenon) were on. So after investigation i managed to isolate the problem to the tensioner (used the end of my breaker bar and my ear to find where the noise was coming from)
I changed the tensioner pulley and the sound persisted. I then changed the drive (serpentine, accessories) belt, And the sound was still there.
And the last options was to change the tensioner
NOTE: noise was gone when applied a lot of grease or oil to belt but came back in a matter of minutes( never do that unless you are going to change belt and clean or replace pulleys)
When pressure is applied or released from the tensioner (using breaker bar) noise was also gone.
here's a picture of my tensioner and I hope that this post helps someone.
