No low end power !!!!!

No low end power !!!!!
I have 2007 Acura TL type S
6 speed manual
on a coldstart The car has raw power like it's supposed to run for about 15 to 20 minutes
when it warms up The car has no low in power till about 4000 RPMs
The car shakes when accelerating between the gears between 2000 to 3000 RPMs
A good mechanic friend of mine hooked a high dollar computer up to it and we were driving it and he told me to stomp it
A knock sensor code came up
but that could be a lot of things and have nothing to do with what's going on maybe?
