No Heat On Passenger Side
Hello,
We've got a 2005 TL Base w/95k miles
Problem: Heat and A/C work great on driver side, but I'm only getting cold air on passenger side regardless of setting.
Background Info: Last weekend I disconnected the ngative battery cable for a 1/2 hour so I could remove the passenger seat and find a squeak/rattle. Fixed that problem, hopped in the car and headed to the beach. On the hour drive we discovered the heat problem.
Temp Solution: Once at the beach I pulled some fuses under the hood and they all looked good. Started car back up and we had heat again! At this point I thought the problem was solved.
Today: Car has been working great all last week then I got a call from my wife saying the passenger side is blowing cold again. So from what I can tell it's an intermittent problem...and I think it may be related to me disconnecting the negative battery cable a week ago while working on the seat problem. Any help is greatly appreciated!

I have the same problem, just noticed this morning that the passenger side was blowing unheated air while my side had heat. I haven't disconnected the battery or pulled any fuses. So how much labor is involved in fixing the blend door actuator, assuming that's what the problem is?
