2006 TL w/ Nav-I upgraded my stereo system and put everything back together the way it was being careful not to cram anything or Jam anything in and now I have no instrument panel lights the windows don't work and the wipers don't work I've seen many threads on here about this situation but none of them definitely say what they did to fix these things any help will be appreciated any diagrams would be appreciated...

 

At this point it might behoove you to download a PDF copy of the FSM, if you don't already have one, and get to researching.
There are many 'diagrams', contained within the FSM, that may pertain to the particular area you worked on / in resulting in your dilemma.

You probably shorted something to ground and blew a fuse. It happens a lot. Did you check all your fuses?

 

Yes I'm going to see about taking instrument panel(cluster) & seeing if something behind it may have turned loose.

 

if this happens to you, you'll probably need to replace the # 21 fuse under the dash on thr driver side... i did & thats what worked.
