No (A) or (B) Odometer or Mileage Display

No (A) or (B) Odometer or Mileage Display
Not sure if it is a common problem, I have no odometer (A) or (B) and no odometer. My digital dash and on board MPG works fine, calculates distance to empty, just no mileage.Any thoughts?
