Next Step In Dealer Dispute

Who do I contact after my dealer is not willing to satisfy a warranty claim?

Thanks!

Open a case with Acura Corporate Customer Care.

If you want opinions on whether you've actually "got a case", you're going to have to post details.

usually a warranty claim requires a part number/s. so if your car has yet to be properly dianoised then it has to be looked at. once they find the problem they enter the part number and move forward with the warrenty work.

Negotiation continue so I can't be too specific. I bought a TL with wheels the dealership had chromed and they are now rusting. Hence, the wheels aren't Acura warrantied.

Acura probably won't be any help at all in this case.

Maybe BBB? Or State Attorney Generals Office of Consumer Affairs?
