Go to your name in the upper right hand corner of the postings. Underneath that, click on the word "Messages". That will open up your personal settings so you can fill in all your pertinent information. Then on the left hand side of your personal settings, you'll see Settings & Options-below that, you'll see "edit avatar". There you go!
