New on the forum, please help!!

I bought an '05 TL in May. I absolutely love the car its a dream come true...but...a month or so into it I started hearing this clunk. Looked at it and everything seemed alright. Now, whenever I hit a bump it sounds like the left front side of my car is going to fall off. Any suggestions to what it could be???
I checked the lower control arm bushing and there were to cracks in it but I don't know if thats normal wear and tear or not...if anyone posts back I'll post pics...thanks guys

Post pics of your bushings. You may just have a blown shock or something stupid.

Compliance bushings!

These cars are NOTORIOUS for these bushings going bad & is definitely something to look into especially if you don't have any service records. Also, look for worn sway bar links + broken motor mounts.

and 119,000 miles is NOT a lot for these cars, yours is still a baby compared to a lot of members. Make sure your timing belt has been replaced! Good luck!
